Spacious well equipped second floor apartment with all white goods in a secure gated complex with communal swimming pool and children’s play area. Nearby are some of the largest salt flats in the Costa Blanca making it one of the healthiest places in the world to live. The apartment is local to many first class Golf Courses, La Fina, Las Rambles, Villa Martin and Real de Campoamor. Only a short drive away are the beautiful sandy beaches of Guardamar.

This new apartment is fully equipped comprising of a large kitchen with fridge freezer, microwave, washing machine and oven and hob. Lounge with table and chairs in dinning area, bed settee, TV and DVD. Patio doors lead onto a balcony overlooking the communal pool and views of the river Segura estuary which leads to the Del Segura Marina. 1 double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and one twin bedded room with wardrobe. A very large bathroom fully fitted with bath and over head shower, toilet, bidet and vanity sink. This is a chill out area ideal for all year round holiday rental, self catering , child friendly and can be very romantic.

Location Details

Guardamar Del Segura is a desirable tourist destination with its landscape of sand dunes fringed by eucalyptus and palm trees 11 km of fine sandy beaches, historical and festive attractions all within a short drive away. The town is situated in an area that has yielded the remains of Iberian and Phoenician settlements and was rebuilt from nothing after being destroyed by an earthquake and today represents one of the Costa Blanca’s most desired destinations for the Spanish and all nationalities. You can take part in cycling, diving, fishing, mountain biking, sailing, walking and of course Golf. Guardamar Del Segura with its town and local weekly markets is only 40 km from Alicante Airport, Ferry Port or Railway Station and 60 km from Murcia Airport. A car is recommended and can be booked at very competitive prices to collect at the airports although taxis and buses are available should you wish to visit the many local areas such as Torrevieja, Elche where the shoes are made, Rojales with a water park for the kiddies, Santa Pola with its beautiful Marina and of course Alicante if you wish to do some serious shopping!
